A Bachelor’s cooperation program is based on a formal agreement within Global CBE between separate colleges/universities. Types and Modes of Bachelor Cooperation are:

3+1 Model: The students will complete the first three years of university courses in China and study at the overseas partner university for the fourth year when they meet certain criteria. Upon completion of the four-year study, students will receive a bachelor's degree and undergraduate certificate from Chinese university, and a bachelor's degree from the overseas partner university.

4+0 Model: This model will bring in all undergraduate courses and teaching quality control systems of the for overseas partner university into the Chinese universities. The students entering the programme will be jointly trained by the Chinese university and the overseas partner university. Both parties recognize each other's courses and set teaching requirements together. Both universities will share the teaching tasks according to a certain proportion. Students who complete all the courses in the programme and meet the graduation requirement can receive bachelor's degrees from both Chinese university and overseas partner university.

This has been the most prominent type of partnership as it attracts many universities, this nature of the partnership has been popular for undergraduate programs.

3+2 Model: This kind of partnership includes all conditions in 3+1 and 4+0 above, but additionally, students can choose to study at the university abroad for 1 or 2 years. In cases where students choose to study for 1 year, that 1year period is a 1-year master’s degree meaning students can only join this after the full completion of their undergraduate joint-degree program. In case students choose to study at the university abroad for 2 years, the first year will be the final year of the undergraduate degree and continue to the second year which will be the year for a master’s degree.

- Upon the completion of the whole program students get a joint degree from both universities or as agreed upon by both universities.

- For students who take the 1-year master's degree option get a master’s degree qualification from the university abroad.
